Eleanoir studied ballet and contemporary dance for four years full-time in Dublin. She continued her training in the UK with Dorothy Stevens, an examiner of the Royal Academy of Dance, where she studied ballet, modern, tap, national and contemporary dance for a further 4 years. Eleanoir also studied at the Royal Academy of Dance (London) and gained a BA (Hons) in Dance Education and now works for the Royal Academy of Dance where she is responsible for training potential teachers. She is presently continuing with her professional development whilst studying for a Masters in Dance.

Eleanoir started Drama since the age of four, with most of her training taking place in Wath upon Dearne studying under Paul Schofield. Eleanoir attained her Associate and Licentiate Diplomas in Speech, Acting, Verse Speaking, Shakespeare and Mime from the Victoria College of Music and Lamda. In 1999 she was awarded a Fellowship in Speech and Drama. Her drama experience also included being trained as a method actress by Lottie Ward.
